Salary AED 2000 to 2500, TA, and Commission + yearly bonus. Need to achieve monthly target.
6-month probation after probation Salary will reverse to AED 3000 to 4000 depending upon the performance. Salary revision will be an applicable yearly minimum of AED 250, If not achieved 50% of the monthly target in 3 consecutive months the staff will be terminated.

The commission will be 10% if the target is achieved and 20 % of the amount after the Target. For example, if you achieved the target of AED 40,000 your commission will be
10 % of 25,000 = AED 2500
20 % of 15,000 =AED 3000
so the total commission for that particular month is AED 5,500 and your Minimum Salary is
in probation AED 2,000 so in total, you will get a salary in that month is AED 7,500
and after probation Minimum Salary is AED 3,000, in total, you will get a salary in that month is AED 8,500.
Each year there is an employee appraisal and the salary increment will be a minimum of 10% of the salary. The only condition is that the staff should meet the target.
